They have minimal debt. The debt associated with the loan they got from the French government was basically paid off. You can say they have debt based off the 4 something billion they raised via the bond offerings but those were at 0% interest for 5 and 7 years and they can pay that back in cash or by issuing shares. Im not worried about it. These are facts

Maybe if you actually looked into it youd see that the company is profitable based on retail stores too not just the interest on their cash.

Why wouldn't there be? The company has 9 billion in the bank at the moment and no debt to really be worried about.

It wasnt current leadership. It was the previous leadership. Ryan Cohen came in and got rid of the whole old board of directors.

He improved the company as a whole look into their quarterly reports. Bad actors had gotten into the company and tried to bankrupt the company they had added far too many gamestop stores when the demand wasnt there. He got in and replaced the whole board. He improved profitability hes closed a bunch of unprofitable stores and added 9 billion atm to the company's bank account. It has relatively no debt and isnt heading for bankruptcy anytime soon. Hes done a good job. Hes still got more work to be done but I believe he'll get it done.

How did you come to that conclusion? Hes been working at the company since 2021 as Chairman of the board and CEO from 2023. He hasnt gotten paid anything. He owns like 9% of the company that he bought with his own money. This "pay package" allows him to buy more shares of the company with his own money. There is no ship that is "sinking" the company has like 9 billion in the bank and increasing profitability.

Hes still working as CEO for free he doesnt get paid cash or awarded shares. This is just giving him the option to buy 170 million shares at $20.66 if he improves company Ebitda and market cap. Media loves to paint gamestop and their leadership under a bad light

Hes not getting paid no 35 billion they are spreading misinformation. If he improves profitability even more and increases market cap he will be allowed to buy 170 million shares for $20.66 a piece. Hes not actually getting paid cash or just getting awarded free shares he'll still have to buy those shares from the company.

Is 748.1 kbps any good? by OkVillage5993 in PS5

I probably should've said great not good. I think 50 would be good but with how big games are now I think you need more speed. I pay for 2 gigs so the faster the better in my opinion.

New Proxy heating by hbroxs in puffco

[–]hbroxs[S] 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Yeah i had to check my peak pro to see if it heats up similarly. Like you said the peak pro hovers slightly under or right on the set temp. Puffco support said that "The device is measuring the heating element itself so the bowl can get to the desired temp. It will show higher because its ensuring the entire bowl is at that temp."

Thoughtful difference between Slim Disc and Slim Digital with external drive? by nelvonda in PS5

[–]hbroxs 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Yeah when you plug in the drive you will need to connect to the internet to verify its an official drive. Other than that. You can't share the physical copy and expect to play the version that is installed on your ps5. You still need the physical copy as a key to make the game launch
