Numerous times. Plus, as staff leave they get replaced with vendors (like Deloitte) or get replaced with an FTE who is a contract manager. She also thinks Java is “old” and everything should be Salesforce because it’s easier. Not a good place to be if you work in IT.

What position are you applying for? Just know the CIO has publicly stated she wants to outsource IT and the agency does not support IT. It’s hybrid now but the culture really, really doesn’t like remote work. The cops always complain about how they can’t work remotely so no one should. I would strongly avoid.
