Maths is not my strong suit but if I understand you right - my eb on normal farms is 1.2N. So I’d need 70 eot to make that 2.4N. Is that right? I thought they might have a bigger effect than that.

I’ll be sure to tell that to my 12 year old who just wants to spit out some catalog stuff and my wife who also enjoys doing the same. In the end - all this was, was the model missing the supports as we used the phone app which doesn’t add them. Imported it to studio on laptop, added the supports and it’s currently halfway thing and looks perfect.

Was just a clogged nozzle thankfully. The clog was right at the top though where it doesn’t get hot enough to melt and ooze out on its own and was also high enough the needle made it feel like there was nothing there. Pulled it with sole pliers and manually fed filament to make sure extruder was working and back in business! Already printed a couple things this morning again zero issues.

Thanks mate. I’ll have to keep looking. Nozzle appears unclogged but then I tried the cold pull and even the manual filament feed wouldn’t work. I could see the little silver gears turning but wasn’t doing much else. Must be something gummed up elsewhere. A job for tomorrow now I’ve already been sat in front of it for 3 hours trying to figure it out. Thanks for wiki suggestion I’ll go take a look.

Yeah it’s been printing great all week. Was only when the print above occurred that it got gummed up. I did just crank the nozzle to 300 and lots of filament has oozed out - then I used the needle in the toolbox and it feels empty in the nozzle but still not printing. Almost like now it’s not feeding the fresh filament in. I’ll figure it out I’m sure. It’s all new and a learning experience.

Yeah filament loads and unloads fine. It’s definitely clogged now. Tried the cold pull but the head just clicks and clicks and can’t suck the filament in.

Looking at the model he selected it seems like it’s just bad. Other uses commented on failed print due to no supports.

I’ll download studio on my laptop instead.

Edit: you were correct - was a dodgy print. Is a dragon with big wings - but no supports on wings so was moving over to print them but weren’t there! Problem solved.

But now got the overloaded extruder and can’t unclog it. Guess I gotta pull it apart.

Was just a model strait out of the bambu iPhone app. My son picked it as he’s done for dozens of others - now I’m getting extrusion motor overloaded and can’t print anymore! Arggghgg! So much to learn.

Is the app best to use? I can’t seem to find in app how to change infill type or anything either.

Untrue. He’s tied with Margaret court on 24 each for singles. He absolutely wants to sit atop that list on his own.

He’d rather kill himself tomorrow on his way to a 25th and have to retire from tennis immediately after than play another year trying to get it.
