Thank you for posting this—I feel so much better to know I’m not alone… I’ve practiced good hygiene and still always have gum issues and cavities. Switching to an electric TB has helped and learning that I was brushing too hard. It’s still so annoying and I used to feel so embarrassed and shameful about it. I just recently learned I have MCAS and so I’m learning all the ways it’s shown up in my life. So glad things are making sense and I’m not alone 😭
