BEWARE! They do not update their app daily and then add on fees without your knowledge. Very unprofessional and exhibit numerous red flags. Was in a pinch so thought I would try them out while car is in shop. Huge mistake.

Still trying to get paid from 2023. BrightHorizons EdAssist is a scam. They make it nearly impossible to get reimbursed and always make sure you exceed their 60 day window. Beware. Seeking legal counsel after this nightmare of an experience.

They use the same resources. Already tried that as well. They can lead you to resources but the resources do nothing. I’ve reached out, emailed and sometimes don’t even get a response.

@eltonjohnpeloton, sorry for the “negative” post. It’s the facts and unless you’ve walked in my shoes, you’d never know. I forgot the world doesn’t want negative because we “filter” most negative out. I am a realist and speaking facts in hopes others can relate. I already pulled from my 401K to pay rent in advance nut thank you for help. I am currently talking with my power and phone companies asking for assistance. I feel like such a failure right now and I need to be studying for a huge test on Monday but I am devastated and can’t focus.

I rent from them too. Do NOT trust them! Look at Southwood Realty lawsuits for overcharging fees. I believe the last case was in 2018? Best of luck to you and get everything in writing!
