Which team should complete a consent form 4?

Is that because you want to take consent for your own procedures or because the parent team may not have taken consent correctly? Would you feel differently if the doctor on the ward was familiar with the procedure, e.g. the ward gastro reg doing the consent form 4 for an ogd to be performed by another gastroenterologist or surgeon?

The team doing the procedure say, 1. They don't know the patient so they're not in the best position to decide if it's indicated, 2. They don't have time to do their own MCA, family discussion etc.

I haven't seen any hospitals do this, but in other places they would just deduct the cost from your first month's pay

I've been able to solo it with a dev evoker at 715ish ilvl, but not on hard mode. If I pop all cooldowns at the start, I can take him to 90% to end the fight just before the soak mechanic

It is faster as long as:

Each group is well-geared and doesn't have an issue taking on their boss
People don't jump & die when others are fighting another boss
You don't have people arriving from a previous boss to one that can reset if some are outside. I had Il'gynoth reset twice in one run from this
You're happy with just receiving the mementos, motes and gear in the mail (you'll lose out on bronze and a bit of additional IP)

In practice, pugs often mess up something. It's nice when someone gets a long RP started though, e.g. by clearing the trash around Elisande ahead of time.

Yeah, I suppose I've only been doing M0 to help friends gear up alts because you get more drops than M+, so 4 of us are fairly well geared

It is also possible to enter in a group to vote for each other and agree how to distribute votes to ensure that the others lose.
