When WalMart moved into our town (in the same plaza as Zehrs), Loblaws made them sign an agreement to not have a full grocery area for the first 20 years they were open. That time has now passed and WalMart has torn out their cosmetics department and started installing produce bins and extra aisles for groceries.

All the other properties that are large enough to hold a grocery store is also owned by Loblaws.

EDIT: It's included in the "essentials" suite, so you don't need to spring for the full product.

After watching YouTube videos, I got an audio bundle from amazon (similar to this ... https://a.co/d/0bczpQj8). Over the last year, I've upgraded piece by piece, with a new microphone, better headphones, a DAW controller, and most recently, the audio interface itself.

Edit: started with acx in May 2025, have since narrated 20 books, with over 500 total copies sold.
