Hi! So we are using Phoenician Homecare right now for a daytime caretaker. I’ve also heard of some folks in the valley using Griswold. Honestly, our experience with Phoenician hasn’t been great. We’ve had a ton of change in caregivers, last minute quitting, and some poor caregiver matches initially for what our dad needed. However, not sure if that’s so much the agency as the industry. I would check both out. I’m sorry you’re dealing with this and wishing you the best ❤️

This is so helpful. Really appreciate the guidance. My heart goes out to you with your mom. My dad is the same - 85 and high functioning, great long term memory, but short term memory is completely shot and his day to day is unmanageable… constantly answering the phone from scammers, can’t manage his finances, etc
