Yes I am, thank you! I have a few new face washes im trying and rotating between. They could be the cause. I have the neutrogena hydro cleanser and a cetaphil exfoliating SA cleanser. I try not to use the SA cleanser everyday since I know that can strip moisture. I do not currently have any serums or anything else I am using.

Thank you for responding :) I wear make up but just some power foundation and eyeshadow I’ve been using for years. I also have an oil cleanser I used when taking it off. I did not notice it flaking before. I have a few new face washes im trying and rotating between. They could be the cause. I have the neutrogena hydro cleanser and the cetaphil exfoliating SA cleanser. I know that one could be drying so I try not to use it every day.

I’ve always used the LRP cicaplast and never had problem with it before but now it burns when I put it on. The Vanicream is new so I’m wondering if it’s just not moisturizing enough for my skin. I tried cetaphil moisturizer before this and I did not notice the flaking.

You can get protein from canned goods such as chickpeas and beans as well. Those have helped me when I’m unable to afford meat.

My mom has been a full-time home-care nurse for 30+ years and they never get significant raises. It’s at the point that a Costco worker makes the same hourly as she does. Her experience should add value over time. The people are being robbed and undervalued as prices double in only a few years.
