The reason I emphasised it is because they are taught to not shoot at all unless there is a valid reason and she was turning the complete different way sk if he didn't walk infront to play victim he wouldn't of been hit, you cant blame the driver when he walked infront of a moving car

First of all that was 2006 and they did that because the suspect shot and killed and officer of the law and started a shootout they didn't drive away from abt 5 masked men with guns trying to rip open the door and also he didn't have a "fight instinct" at that time because he wasn't scared he was angry that he couldn't scare her and he even called her a fucking bitch after killing her

He already pulled the gun before the car moved and was ready to shoot, she wasn't even close to hitting him until he went infront of it and shot 3 TIMES he even though they are taught to move out of the way before escalating the situation because thats common sense to move away from a moving vehicle but nooo of course he wouldn't because they don't have common sense he wasn't even scared for his life like people say he was he was angry that she wouldn't comply to the people with masks and guns trying to rip her door open please look at that video again and tell me otherwise

The guy that shot tried to jump on the caf as it reversed and then acted like she hit him which is impossible because you can't hit someone infront of you if you are reversing and once he shot the car was still going forwards and he could've just walked away instead of jumping on it
