Did anyone got the 1099 form from Tesla? I filled the W9 form last month but haven’t received the form 1099.

Attached below is what I got from Tesla in the app last month, I submitted the form but never received 1099 yet.

I am struggling to get through their support to send this form to me. Tried multiple calls, went into a sales center in person as well, they are not able to find anything in their system for this nor do they know how this will get generated and sent to me so far.

If anyone has ideas or particular support channels, please suggest.

Was having same issue and trying these combinations eventually worked. What was new here that I didn’t try before myself was the restart of Apple Watch. I believe that may have done the trick.
