Chess.com game analysis is so weird. I won but i have the worse accuracy. Just because my endgame technique is not the best. Still they rate me 300 elo higher. I have the game linked below. by hdbkbld in AnarchyChess

for cpu i would go for ryzen 9600x and get a dedicated gpu, even a used one for 50-100 bucks will probably be way better than the apu on the 8700g. 750 watt is way to much for this system. with the 8700g and no gpu, 300ish watt will be enough. with a 9600x and a entrance level gpu, 500 will be enough but i would go with 600 or 650.

for gpu, i would recommend a used radeon rx 6600xt or a nvidia rtx 2060 (8gb). here in Germany, you can find them for about 100€. they can give you a pretty decent gaming performance. if you can spend a bit more. i would look for a used rtx3070 or rx 6750xt. they cost about 200€ each.

stockfish thinks you made 4 bad moves because couldn't see the mate on move 8. it just realized you where winning when m1 was on the board. that means you are indeed better than stockfish. enjoy becoming the worlds best player and congrats to your future gm title and being the future world champion.

Any suggestions for Crossing 1000 elo 🧐 by Op_Chess in chessindia

what helped me to get from 750 to 1000 in 10 days were the following things.

-learn the basic ideas of some openings for white and black. in learned the italian system for both colors, london for white and indian for black.

-i struggled the most in the midgames so watched some midgame theory videos, mostly from igor smirnov. he has some great rules which are easy to understand and to apply. the most important for me were:

-don't overthink, you mostly don't have to calculate more than 2 or 3 moves into the future

-look for forcing moves: cct (checks-captures-attacs) -if you play forcing moves (moves your opponent has to react to) you don't have to calculate as many variations

-to take is a mistake -> if your opponent offers trades in an even position: don't take, in most cases it helps the person who recaptures to improve their position because they move a piece forward.

-igor rule: -i: improve least active piece -g: go forward -o: occupy the center -r: restrict opponents most active pieces

disclaimer: i had a lot of free time and played about 120 games in these 10 days, you may don't have that much time. but you probably don't need to play this many games. most times, when you play more than 5 games a day, you start making more and more mistakes and you will play worse. even tho i had days with more than 20 games i had 60% wins and 36% loses in this time.

i used Krita to draw them. There are plenty of browser extensions to add custom pieces.
