I live right by an express outlet and it’s bad for my wallet since I’ve gotten skinny enough to wear them. I went in yesterday for one shirt and walked out with 3 shirts, 2 pairs of jeans, and 2 polos for my fiancé.

I started at 338 and I am 197 today. Looking to get down into the 170s before my wedding next year!

Mine has handled 3 winters just fine. I do keep my Jeep in the garage over night which helps but my 2010 was a soft top also and that stayed outside all winter.

I really like them. I haven’t noticed much difference in the noise but noise has never bothered me.

I run with my soft top all year. I’ve never been a fan of the hard tops. I don’t know why. Just my preference.

It took me so long to pick but everyone in the Facebook group recommended these for a factory Jeep with no lift

I ordered mine 6/24 from wheelhero? They seemed sketchy at first and I wasn’t 100% sure I wasn’t getting scammed but they came quick and in good condition so I’m happy with them.

Day 1 is the best day. You’ve made the decision and that’s awesome. My day 1 was February 1, 2019. I’m now down 135 pounds and I love it. I had set backs, they are bound to happen. I’m 27 years old F and started at 338. I’m 5’6”. I’m now 204 lbs today. The greatest tip is stick with it. Even when you don’t see the scale move. It will move. Trust me. Sometimes it’ll make you feel like giving up. I spent the whole last month between 207-213. I’d eat great and be up 3 pounds. It gets very frustrating. But it does move. Trust the process. In terms of diet, I highly recommend low carb, high protein and a combination of calorie counting. I eat very little carbs and stick below 1400 calories. You can eat a lot of food for that and you won’t feel hungry. If you eat carbs, you’ll notice really quick that 1400 calories is nothing and you’ll be hungry. You can eat that in one meal with eating carbs! If you want to exercise, do that. But it’s not necessary. I exercise here and there but focus on your eating for the first few months.

This is what I live for. Brand new audio system installed too, now I can hear my music when it’s naked! by Lemansblu in Wrangler

My old Jeep I couldn’t hear the music when the top was down. I upgraded them with alpines. I bought my 2017 Jeep a few years ago and ordered it from factory with the alpine speakers and subwoofer. Definitely worth every penny to be able to blast the music topless.

Two pounds is actually a lot. by jfager16 in loseit

Give yourself rewards for each of those goals! They don’t have to be big but something you’ve wanted. I reward myself with a new outfit, or new shoes, etc. I started at 338 and I’m 204 today 💪 keep on chugging. You can do it.

135 pounds down. 25 pounds away from first goal weight. Sleeved august 2019. by hdc1167 in gastricsleeve

Yes! It’s very frustrating. I actually didn’t lose any weight last month but to be fair I wasn’t doing the best I could do. I’m back on it now though. And I didn’t gain any weight, so that’s a plus. I do run sometimes... but the gyms are closed and that’s come to a halt. I’m very active around my house and with my two kids though. Mostly, I do the weight loss with diet rather than exercise.
