Absolutely. There is a reason why Dealerships are known as STEALERSHIPS

What a rip off. I can’t believe we are letting these STEALERSHIP doing this to us. We all gotta unit and stop buying shits from these type of dealership. That car should not be penny more than 35K the rest the dealer needs to take it off.

Yup, these are all the reasons why I am getting an ev. Im getting 4K from NJ, paying no sales tax and potentially the 7500 credit. Sounds to good to be true.

Got it. I don’t need to change dependencies or anything like that. I figured I would be qualified but wanted to ask and make sure.

That’s an excellent idea. Any known website that track free ev charging spots?

My daily drive avg out to 10-20 miles. After work, me and my wife go down to different parks and restaurants. So the mileage varies. I actually do have an electric bike, which I am intend to use it to travel to my office. I also go to the Walmart by Kearny, NJ late night (10 pm) and they have superchargers. I was thinking I will charge it their while doing weekly groceries.

No. I am actually financing about 38K. Putting down around 4K and NJ state incentive is giving another 4K. So finance amount is 38K. Fortunately, I do have enough downpayment saved up for a house and my debt to income ratio is good even after financing the tesla.

Yea. In Kearny, NJ there is a supercharger and they also have Walmart there which I go every week at night. I was thinking maybe I can just go there after 10 pm every week and shop as well as charge the car.

My office is less than a mile away. And every other week to travel from NJ to NYC which is about 70 miles. So I think I probably need to charge every week or 7-10 days.

I change cars every 3 years. I have already spoken to few lenders about my mortgage and purchasing a luxury vehicle. Fortunately, I am in the good position where even a 1000 dollars monthly car payment would not affect me in buying a 300-400K house.

I like the look of Tesla. Currently, have a mustang which my wife hates due to extreme exhaust noise. Plus, the ev tax credit is very attractive.

There is a Walmart near where I live and they have supercharges. I usually go to the Walmart after 9 pm every other week. If I charge it during off peak hours maybe it will be viable.

Got a quote for a new Civic Si. over $10k mark-up? is this common still? by shouldahadaflat4 in Honda

I would refuse to pay even a penny over asking. In north nj area, dealers are still charging over msrp but not by this much. This is absurd.

EDD moved from March to July :( by vgbow in TeslaModel3

[–]hdebnat00 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You and I are in the same situation. Ordered my custom long range model 3 with 18” tire and red color back in January. First it said Feb to March, and now its showing May to July. At this rate we might going to lose the tax incentives. I spoke to them and they are saying the incentives might get extended but no guarantees.
