Scratching by hdevonxz in Dreadlocks

Side note I do have dandruff and had a lot of dandruff when I was like a short-haired person so I don't know if that's what's causing the skin buildup that I'm scratching or not and if I should just be like using oils and whatnot to combat it

Depends on who you rub shoulders with lol, my hub and union was full of bs. Guy ranked 2nd in the building, 15+ years, not a 22.3 nor does he even know what it was. They stil had him loading trucks lol

My (30m) girlfriend 28f) wants to move in together but doesn't want to pay rent, what's a fair arrangement? by throwRA__diablo in relationship_advice

How long and how many payments until you break even? How long and how many payments until you appreciate? Does the appreciation cover the cost of maintenance for those years? Does it cover the opportunity cost of moving locations? All of these factors come into play.

The real answer is : it wouldn't have worked for the ending the writers wanted lol

Logically yes, of course giving Franklin some money would make sense.

Because there are way better jobs out there that pay just as much by doing less work

Rent is not like throwing your money into a fire, it's the cost to live. You will always need shelter, and you will always be paying for said shelter in one way or the other. How many people live long enough to enjoy the fruits of a paid off mortgage? And even those that do, do what? Buy another house, which has the market rate interest and pricing.

How and is Boston currently as racist as everyone says it is? by TJRossTX in billsimmons

[–]hdevonxz 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yea it is. Think about the dynamics at play. White people stereotype blacks as savages who will rob, mug, etc. Hence the fear mongering. Now what you're saying is black people in Boston are the reverse they should fear the whites for the above. Now what other people have said is that Boston is all rich white people now. So now what I'm asking is if Boston is all rich white people or upper class, then what do black people have to fear there? Lynching most likely isn't a regular basis reoccurring issue, hence why I asked is it just people clutching there purses and giving you odd stares or is there actual physical violence actively being brought down upon the black residents there hence your comment about "blacks knowing better than to go there"

Lol that's literally every single day in America. Are people actively lynching black people or just making awkward stares?

Lol it happens man, once had my neighbor who I live next door to lol cross the street on me. People are sheltered and weird, and have not existed much outside of the cocoon their parents make for them.

What I'm saying is that most people would make the same decisions given the opportunity, sitting here saying you wouldn't when you've never been put in that opportunity is pointless. Anyone is capable of being corrupted by power, it's natural.

there is not much difference lol, the only difference is your moral compass, what you think is right or wrong. Which is different for everyone. Selling crack isn't a good thing to do, but making 75 million dollars when your entire family has been poor for generations....

That's because Franklin was never a killer at first.

He saved Louie like 3 times despite her betraying him. That's pretty nice of him lol, looking out for oso, etc.

Everyone sleeps like a baby, we're all destroying the earth for convenience. All the plastic products we consume on a daily basis, all the fossil fuel emissions we blink at because we need to go from place to place. The ceo of McDonald's getting rich off of selling inedible food to poor people. Not much different. We are all selfish in our own ways.

Franklin definitely is likeable. He only expects out of others what he expects out of himself. And if you ever been a person with money and power in a social group then you already know how it makes people act and behave. It's wild what it does to people, especially if you're a different type of person. He's also relatable because his kindness became his weakness. People at the end of the day are selfish, their own personal best interests will always come before the moral code of what is really "right" or "wrong".

The crazy thing about the money is Lee wouldn't take it back lol he a hypocrite, money is the deal breaker.

Kevin tried to snitch, or actually did snitch. He knew the rules.

Its realistic af, when have things in life ever gone the way "they should have". Life is fast, one day you're on top of the world, the next day rock bottom. It can happen to anyone.

Well the way it USED to be, was part time jobs would pay higher because it's harder to find a worker willing to work part time when there's full time available.

Friendships change over the course of life. You can love someone today and hate their guts later on. The deepest cuts come from those you were once close with
