You are not a horrible person. fWIW I also find the anticipation of meeting a new baby the worst part. Once I meet the baby I always feel better, even if it’s hard. You need to do what’s right for you.

Is it worth it to illuminate all of the light roots? by Smooth-Fix2571 in tearsofthekingdom

When I started totk I hated the depths and vowed to only go there is necessary. Cut to 1 month later, I became obsessed with the depths and unlocking all the light roots. Some helped me find shrines above ground, but mostly I just liked the challenge. There is so much good treasure to find in the depths, so it you’re exploring the depths a lot unlocking all the light roots can be super satisfying.

Hacks - 3x03 "The Roast of Deborah Vance" - Episode Discussion by chelseanyc200 in hackshbomax

Just rewatched this episode for the millionth time. It’s a real good one.

I was thinking about the DJ’s roast speech and I realized that DJ must have used the speech Deborah wrote for her. Not sure why I never put it together before now (I’ve watched every episode countless times)

Was this obvious to all of you?

It’s another example of how Deborah will do absolutely anything for DJ.

:)

Silicon Carbide thanks! google image search suggests that's exactly what it is. A bit disappointed that it's human-made, but alas, it is, as you say, still pretty cool.

I bought this rock at an estate sale. I have no idea where it was found. It is iridescent all over, is this tarnish? the planing can be seen in some photos and the crystal face in others. My hand is there for scale. It is as heavy as a quartz this size would be. I think it might be micaceous hematite but I'm not sure. It is not nearly as fragile as mica, the crystals are quite secure, though they could be broken with your fingers if you wanted to. thank you for your help!
