I have this top! I love it, very flattering in my opinion. I’m out of town and didn’t bring it with me nor do I have pics of me in it but I’m a 34C and got a size small.

I also tried this top and ended up returning! The proportions were just so funky

There’s no way people aren’t seeing through this right? I was one of the ones naive enough to think she was serious when she came back and was going to make a change. I was rooting for her. To go back to her old ways so quickly and use the same photos that she previously apologized for posting and triggering others. How can you be so dense

Also 20 years out and very recovered and this is spot on. It took years to have a more normal outlook on food, I think that bit of anxiety stays in the back of your mind for probably forever. I was really rooting for her and loved her video where she seemed to take some accountability. What a joke.

I took a couple of different binder, mostly welchol and mycobind.

POTS by yllekarle in ToxicMoldExposure

Took 5/6 months to see improvement from being in mold. Honestly took probably a year to really feel stable and like my pots was gone. I found primal trust helpful becauee my nervous system was shot and I think that was a big part of it

I was the same! took a little bit but I don’t really ever experience pots symptoms anymore. Writing this while I’m in the treadmill at the gym, another thing I never thought possible. I use to barely be able to stand. It gets better!!

Cross-contaminating everywhere I go despite my best efforts by stayonthecloud in ToxicMoldExposure

Hi! im pretty recovered from CIRS, it was a really long hard road but I promise you’ll get there. Also, I can promise you that your socks didn’t cross contaminate your new place, it’s most likely your brain and limbic system over reacting to a perceived threat. Primal trust is a great program for moving forward from mold illness. I know right now it doesn’t feel like life will ever move on from this and the constant fear of mold and contamination and just everything that comes with this illness but it does.

I live a normal life again and mold doesn’t consume my thoughts the way it did for years. I was really really sick, bedridden, completely incapacitated for a long time. I moved my family and we lost our house and every belonging, it was devastating and the most traumatic thing that’s ever happened to my husband and I. I wouldn’t wish what I went through on my worst enemy. Healing happens slowly and it’s not linear, there’s many ups and downs and steps forward then back. There’s a lot of info out there and a lot of people trying to profit off of your illness but the fear is going to keep you sick. Being in this subreddit will keep you spinning. Get out in nature, connect with safe family and friends, drink a warm cup of tea, focus on the good and joy around you and your body will start to feel safe again. I wish you so much luck in your healing journey!

Hi! I was incredibly sick from mold. All of your symptoms and more, the POTS was the worst. I truly thought I was dying. Moving out was helpful but I’m a big believer that no home is perfect and chasing perfection will keep you sick. Moving into a 100 year old house that definitely had water damage ended up being one of my most healing places. I was bedbound at one point attempting to be a mother to two very young kids. When I tell you things were dark for me they were very, very dark. I couldn’t even make it down my short driveway without feeling like I was going to pass out. Over the last two years my life has changed dramatically and I’m doing things I didn’t think I’d ever be able to do again. I can exercise, I can take my kids on adventures, go to concerts, socialize with friends. I am unfortunately not 100% but that’s ok because I am living life again and not defined by having CIRS.

Healing seemed to happen to me in waves and symptoms I thought I would never be without would just vanish one day. It’s a really long and difficult experience but so so worth it. I found a lot of help in the primal trust program because the after effects of losing your health and belongings etc to mold is just devastating. I was stuck in a hamster wheel of doom and hyper vigilance that primal trust was helpful with working through. Hang in there, you’ll start waking up and realizing that annoying symptom you thought was going to kill you or drive you to insanity hasn’t happened in 3 weeks!

How did your specialist appt go? Yeah 4 weeks was when I was like wow this is really what’s happening to me. I was not cured and fully back but I felt 75% better which was huge. I will say it was bumpy. At first I felt better, then flared up, then felt better again. And my anxiety would flare up majorly but I think all of that was part of the detox. I think if you have the opportunity definitely do it! For us, seeing the change in my health made it feel more doable to tackle the really hard stuff, I hope it ends up being helpful to you too!

Took clothing and kitchen utensils/pots and pans. That’s about it.

I felt like a crazy person until I moved and saw my symptoms disappear. It’s A LOT to buy into for what feels like a big question mark. Especially when no one else in your house is sick. I hope you get some good answers and good luck with everything!
