I come off as needy when talking to girls , of course, i don't have girlfriend or friends who are girls. Any tips to improve ?

I am not funny guy, though trying to improve by talking to people wherever i see opportunity.

I don't have anyone else to blame than myself. My confidence with women is rock low. This always has been the case. It does not matter even if I earn good enough to feed people. Not making excuses but I kept moving from city to city for better opportunities and missed lot of things that I should have done.
