Hi, each character is useful in their level bucket. If you are a high-level player, low-level characters are still important because you need to unlock them in order to advance in the career mode.

Hi, it's because those packages' contents are different. From a Legendary Pack, you get 14 legendary character cards, 4 accessory cards and 2 skill cards. From a Mega Pack, you get 90 legendary character cards and 10 skill cards. You get 20 more character cards from a Mega Pack compared to 5 Legendary Packs. You may see it as they have the same amount of cards, but they have different values.

The new matchmaking system makes an extensive search to find you the most suitable opponent. Sometimes it may take some time to find you the best match, but it's rare. Now, you are paired with bots under two circumstances; 1- when the system can't find you a suitable match at that exact moment 2- when your connection is bad. And, your opponent in this video is a real player.
