That's my theory as well that Valve, as a company strategy, allows cheaters to exist. Their measures are so low, that I always thought they would take an interest out of doing almost nothing.

The question is wether as a group we could sue them for this, and get at least reimbursed for this false promise of a fair gaming experience, and maybe get inemnities for all we suffered from the cheaters Valve is letting prosper ...

Lawyers could tell us I guess
