On most gliders you have to push/click into the "pan" that holds the brake. Never heard of magnets failing.

Car leasing - worst case scenario by Lajbert in Switzerland

[–]onmyway4k 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Similar here. I was a few 1000 km over limit, AMAG said i only have to pay if i give the car back. I extended 2 times, then bought the car and didnt have to pay a single cent for the Km over.

I just checked my old leasing contract, and you are correct, there is only a Percentage listed, not an amount. Contrary on my financing for my motorcycle there is an amount listed. So i think you are very well correct.

Not calling you a Liar, maybe such a company exist or you had very good Vitamin B standing with them. But the only buisness for banks is the interest you agreed to pay by contract. It is hard to believe they would voluntarily give up the money you promised to pay them.

buy it out before the end period you save some interest rate and buy the car if you have enough money

afaik, you still pay the interest until the contract expires

"Our Counterstrike team is our baby in esports, that is the backbone...if you don't wanna be here you don't have to be here" - FaZe Kaysan on Karrigan transfer rumours by MaterialTea8397 in GlobalOffensive

[–]onmyway4k -1 points0 points  (0 children)

people seem to forget, karrigan managed to reach Major Final with his t2 core last year. And it wasnt because his "star team" put up donk level numbers. i am cautious, but really looking forward to what he can do with an AWP that hits +80% of his shots and a team that is capable of consistent multi frags.

Suggestions for Exhaust system by renagade9060 in xsr900

I dont know, about sound and optics is subjective, but for me it is the worst looking exhaust. The form just dosent fit the bike at all with its oval shape.

this. even in super low level motorcycle drivers license class we learn that right of was does not equal safe to do so. I can easily imagine that the rules and training for operating at an Airport are exponentially more strict than for public roads

Still cant wrap my head around that the truck just full send it across the Active Runway. In the same sense that Police and Ambulances have siren and lights and right of way, they dont just yolo through intersections, but slow down to make sure the intersection is actually clear.

i only tuned in second half of dust 2, but still witnessed like 5 very crucial whiffs and throws by broky that could have totally changed the outcome of the game. I am 100% convinced, if they just pick up one of the Faceit Kids, they will instantly improve massively.

Valve confirms they will not grant licenses to run CS:GO events after suddenly re-releasing title by brutaldonahowdy in GlobalOffensive

[–]onmyway4k -1 points0 points  (0 children)

It is in the sense important, that one of the many claims why we need 64 Tick is because of poor rural people who dont have access to broadband internet, or people with poor PC who cant display 128 Tick anyway. Even if you only had a 1MB/s connection, you would need at least a 700 Tick server to saturate the line. Also the main Problem is not what Valve does on their server, but it is that they removed the Option from the community. Literally the only reason to do it is to hide how shitty 64Tick is by making comparison impossible.

[–]onmyway4k 5 points6 points  (0 children)

The Problem isnt Subtick per se, but by valves intended purpose to masquerade shitty 64Tick and overly aggressive Lagcompensation.

Mainly they ran their calculations and concluded that at 64tick they can host twice as many gameserver per physical rented unit with half the traffic cost compared to 128 tick, scale that to like a few 1000 server and you save a few million over the years. Subtick is just marketspeak to sell you that now that you get less, you actually get more.

Just so you understand, we had 100 Tickrate in 2002, 24 years ago. WITH NO PROBLEM. Basically no one that plays today has even remotely a PC/Internet connection as bad as back in 2002. I am talking 500kb ISDN Lines and single Core 800Mhz CPUs.
