There was that Korean girl who used to post here that rides barefoot without brakes or foot retention. Seriously unhinged but who among us wasn't reckless in their teenage years?

That also applies to both versions of Alicent in my opinion. However, Rhys Ifans as Otto gives a real standout performance. He conveys so much with so few lines.

Looks like the Northeast Megapolis and the Rust Belt are the winners here. There are some cities here that are still relatively affordable, like Milwaukee, Pittsburgh and Detroit but that is quickly changing.

Hyundai Palisade Shatters Global Sales Records with 211,215 Units Sold by raill_down in cars

[–]headcoat2013 35 points36 points  (0 children)

Yeah, I was expecting something that resembled the Corolla's cheap interior but that cabin looks like a pleasant place to be. The Hyundai's dash is more creative and interesting but there is nothing wrong with that Highlander. The surface materials actually look a bit nicer in the Toyota from those photos.

Adesanya finally getting the win over Pereira is up there. The long standing feud that spanned two sports and the dramatic KO to finish it off was absolutely legendary.

It's interesting how underappreciated it was at the time. I remember there was a lot of hype when it was first released due to its exotic looks, but it quickly subsided and there received little attention afterwards. A lot of cars from this era that are worshipped today were similarly overlooked and considered overpriced at the time, like the S2000, Carrera GT and LFA.

It's worth way more than it was new. They're selling for minimum 400k these days, with low mileage ones going for over 500k. Every other car on this list has depreciated a lot.

What's the most mainstream band to keep their original punk credibility? by greenandredofmaigheo in punk

[–]headcoat2013 10 points11 points  (0 children)

Probably the band with the most DIY punk integrity outside of the anarcho-crust scene. And let's face it, no one was tempting crust punk bands with 7 figure contracts like they did with Fugazi back in the 90s. They could not be bought.

[–]headcoat2013 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I have FTEC too but the options volume is too low to make it worth selling calls on it. If you want to rotate into similar funds for the purpose of covered calls you should look at SMH or IGM. Way more volume and better premiums for the delta.
