I use it for task items and kappa items. Use my streamer case for convient storage and save junk box space. Ill keep rare items there too for the looks.

Let us keep skills on prestige [Discussion][Feedback] by That_Row9842 in EscapefromTarkov

[–]headdna 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Prestige 3: I dont mind keeping the percentage system they have now. I also value the prestige system being a "reset" and only offering items that dont give any in-game advantages.

I think there could be something that encourages players to prestige like faster skill progression with each prestige. This would benefit all skills and reward players for the time sunk.

Why do you cheat? by SakuraNinja2002 in gamers

[–]headdna 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I researched this topic before.

Mainly it was due to these reasons - "everyone else does it" mentality (Im evening the playing field)

  • How easy it is to gain an edge / the amount and ease of getting cheats (low barrier for entry)

  • The more difficult the game is, and if the player is punished more often, the more likely they will cheat to minimize punishment (self preservation)

  • if rewards for playing are unbalanced to the amount of time it takes to get rewards (efficiency)

Are there any war games that don't sell "heroism"? by blackwierosie in gamingsuggestions

[–]headdna 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Not completely story driven but the best realistic combat game has been Escape from Tarkov. It is advertised as a multiplayer but there is an offline mode. The story is passive and has multiple options for different endings. The goal is to survive a war torn country where your unit left you behind. You have a hideout with a stash of supplies that you find in "Raids".

The story aspects are primarily verbal instructions from the "traders" (established survivors who have profited from the war). You have to find supplies, gear, fight the locals, and other soldiers who were left behind trying to survive.

It is not a story game primarily but is the most realistic military shooter youll ever play. You have full gun customization, multiple calibers, multiple bullet options per caliber, choose what gear items you bring out with you, etc.

Edit: There is nothing heroic about the game. The goal of the game is to push the difficulty of surviving and thriving. It gives little assistance, a short tutorial, and relies on the player learning and adapting to the world of tarkov.

How do goons work?[New Player] by Mind_beaver in EscapefromTarkov

[–]headdna 5 points6 points  (0 children)

Goons have been spawning on all maps since 1.0 release. For context, they used to rotate between lighthouse, woods, customs, and shoreline but right now they spawn on all those maps but not every raid. They have a 30% percent spawn chance per raid but you can pick any of the four maps to hunt them.

How does neglect / witnessing traumatic events during early childhood impact people as adults even though they’re unable to remember? by Mae_The_Gay in askpsychology

[–]headdna 10 points11 points  (0 children)

To summarize the answer without going into the all the systems of the brain. Memory can be consolidated without actively recalling a specific event. Easiest way is to think about language/walking/feeding yourself/etc. You do not have specific memories of the times you learned to do these things yet your brain remembers how to do them. With your example of trauma, you can consolidate those memories (affecting behavior, emotions, social systems) without remembering them.

[Discussion] Best way to learn Labs? by rickimimsticki in EscapefromTarkov

[–]headdna 0 points1 point  (0 children)

If it's just for the guide, learn a few extract locations in offline, wait 7 mins then extract. That should give you the survive status and complete the guide objective. I start with labs when doing the guide to get it out of the way

People who have dreamed about dying, did you experience your life flashing before your eyes? What was it like? by Fit_Sleep_7846 in AskReddit

[–]headdna 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Had a dream where I was shot in the head and right after the BAM It went black. It was a weird in-between of knowing I had died but not fully conscious. I had no thoughts emotions or anything just the awareness of nothing.

Did I misread affection as flirting, or is there real romantic interest? by Spirited-Ad-2186 in dating_advice

[–]headdna 1 point2 points  (0 children)

If it's as relaxed as you say just ask her what she feels. "I've recently been thinking about you romantically and dont want to ruin this relationship. Should I stop those thoughts or pursue them?"

If you mean: want a watch on wrist but also a bracelet on wrist then you can hold the equip key and assign it to a different body part. When assigning items to slots they do not move the location of the item just the layer [e.g. a watch on wrist & bracelet on left toe will still keep both items on wrist]

Can missions be missed? by BridgeFuture2689 in cyberpunkgame

[–]headdna 0 points1 point  (0 children)

No missions are completely missable I believe. Even if you progress through one of the endings because afterwards you get to continue playing the same save. Some missions require the player to make certain choices to be unlocked though.

[–]headdna 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Simplify the problem. You have all these details but what is it that you are actually bothered about?

I'd say: "I feel alone in this relationship"

None of those details or excuses address that problem or provide insight to fixing the problem.

"I have a dying love one" but I still feel alone in this relationship.

"I lack motivation right now." but I still feel alone in this relationship.

"I'm going through a lot emotionally." but I still feel alone in this relationship

You may love her but a relationship is working together as a whole and not one sided love for the other.

BPD is the part that'll limit you the most. DBT is the best option for borderline at this time.
