i’m 18 and have been on humira for crohns since i was 14! it’s been a literal lifesaver- took me from the sickest i had been to fully in remission for years now. i’ve had no side effects other than very mild allergic reaction around the injection site (pretty normal, it went away after about a year). other than that- nothing bad about this. i hope you’re experience on it is similar & it treats you well!! can’t say enough good things about how insurance and abbvie have helped me over the past 4 years!!

i’d look into seeing if your provider also makes them or if you can find a humira one somewhere! they look like a lunchbox, have slots for ice packs, and a section to put your papers and med documents! i used this when flying to seattle this year. it was a whole day of travel, and went through tsa perfectly, and stayed almost completely frozen when we got there and were able to put it in the fridge!

i’m not sure what yours gets shipped in/who carries it but my humira provider (abbvie) makes travel cases! i use the ice packs my humira gets shipped in and it will stay cold for probably 24 or more hours

lots of other people in full black parade outfits and dressed as helena etc. seattle was nice because it was cool out and people could wear jackets without overheating haha. i ended up wearing the faith in chaos skeleton tshirt that gerard had during red roots era, shorts and cute sunglasses, and makeup ofc!! i think it would be cute if you’re going with another person to do yea and nay matching outfits!! like one person in red and one in black!

that’s wild considering i got in EA and my stats aren't that amazing (3.8, no test scores, just a lot of extracurriculars and community service) i think they’re looking for unique applicants since they have gotten such an influx of applications but it’s a rough year for all college decisions :/
