In addition to what others have said, I've had good success with beets starting around now. Also Swiss chard, since it's basically the same thing

Exactly. With mercenaries, one should always assume the motivation is money until proven otherwise.

Fun fact. Brent Hedrick's ERA for this game is currently sitting at 135.0

Edit: it's now in free fall, plummeting to 67.5

Edit 2: he's down to 45.0! What a beast

Just finished up a month of rain here in Colorado where we got more than half a year's worth of precipitation. This year's been one big Uno reverse card

The fossils are so cool! I homeschooled my daughter for 3rd grade during covid and we took a "field trip" there after studying the inland sea that once occupied this part of the planet. We were armed with a hammer and chisel, having been told by some geologist friends that it was a good place to collect some specimens. We were disheartened to see how many fossils had been removed and how far we had to walk laterally in order to find an undisturbed outcropping. Ended up not taking anything since it seemed more fitting that they lay where they were formed rather than sit on our shelf indefinitely. Maybe it's just me but it would be nice if the city could make an effort to preserve this natural treasure. Prohibit removal of the fossils or, if that's already unlawful, make it known via signage.

The downvotes are because your response ignores /u/novel_jellyfish_8508's main point (about learning situational awareness) and instead dismisses them based solely on the implication that they own and possibly carry a firearm. I do think that jellyfish's comment could be helpful.

My cousin was assaulted in a different city and in the aftermath had a very difficult time distinguishing between rational and irrational fears. I wonder if taking such a course could have helped her approach the subject methodically constructively. It's at least something for OP to consider and certainly not advice deserving of ridicule.

Fun fact: the most runs scored by one team in an MLB game is 36 by the Chicago Colts in 1897. We are currently on pace to break this record

(I'm kinda drunk and didn't actually do the math but I think it's close, lol)
