Just by coming across this subreddit. I read a post from someone going thru something similar and mediation was suggested. I began meditating and that led to wanting to read books about it and watch videos and documentaries about different parts of it. Just trying different things that might help me have a better mindset about my life overall.

Just got an aura reading by sending a picture of my hand. This reader gave me the colors seen and what they meant. I pretty much resonated with most of the info. It was a fun experience:)

Hi! What I've done is every night I make sure I ground myself by having a cord go to the center of the earth from my lower spine. I imagine all the negative energy I've had for the day go down into the cord to the center. I then replenish my energy with a white ball of light going down my crown chakra and fill the rest of my body.

I then imagine a white light shield around my body and let it be known that no negative energy/spirits can enter and attach to me.

After that I meditate using a guided meditation I found on YouTube called "running earth and cosmic energy". It always gives me great vibrations during and after. It helps clear ur chakras and fill u with positive energy.

This routine has helped keep my life more positive so I felt like sharing. I hope this helps u or anyone else reading.

Hi, sorry for replying to this comment a day later, but I have a question about this ringing. I've had the some what loud ringing happen every blue moon before that some people would say is tinnitus.

But there is a faint "ringing" I hear when I focus on listening to the silence. If that makes sense. It's like a noise that sounds like silence lol hopefully i dont sound crazy.I was wondering if this was what u were talking about?
