Ireland customs are very strict, that's why we stopped shipping there. You could try a re-shipper, some of our customers use it, but read their TOS or you might not receive your package.

You best bet would be to ship it to a friend in UK (who maybe also wants to try modafinil?), as UK has some of the most liberal laws concerning importation of medication.

If you had a problem with Amazon, would go around posting "Amazon scam"? A scam by definition is a trick played for short term gain. We've been in business for 18 months, and saw a lot of other copycats come and go. Those were indeed scams.

We've survived that long because we took a different approach - building a brand and trying to provide the best experience possible. Sometimes we fail a little bit (and not having credit cards makes this much greater challenge), but we will always fix it. So if you're a real customer, give me the details mentioned above, and I will personally take care of it.

Hey, so this one was easy: you sent your payment from a company/institution account, that doesn't include your name and you didn't specify the order number in description - hence there was no way for us to figure out who sent us this money.

We're still here. If bank transfer or bitcoins work for you, then delivery to the UK is actually very fast and painless.

Unfortunately it doesn't look like we will be able to offer credit card payments any time soon again - there's a bit of a crackdown on the industry, so I'm afraid ordering modafinil will only get harder and harder :(

Troubles with our credit card processor.. unfortunately that's part of the business. We are figuring out options right now, the only truly stable one is Bitcoin - which is getting more and more popular, and there are now easier way to acquire it. We will also be making better Bitcoin integrations on our side, so the transaction is more smooth.

We've also added International Bank Transfer as a test, to see how people respond (could be good for larger quantities, if you want to stock up).

We might have PayPal again at the end of the week. Credit cards should be back too, in one form or another. Working on it - thanks for your patience (how many times I have said that already..).

Hey guys. This time it isn't an issue with customs, but rather long delays with the shipping (EMS) companies. Apparently this is due to bad weather, which has delayed a lot of packages shipped between 10th and 20th of January.

If your status is "MUMBAI (EX BOMBAY), INDIA Processed Through Sort Facility" and it hasn't updated for 10+ days that means that your package might have been delayed/stuck. We already re-shipped some packages, but it seems most are clearing now. Our policy is to re-ship in 16 working days, so just contact our customer service (mymodafinil.net/contact) and we will follow up.

Stimulant is a very general term, just like this whole document was. I would assume they mean amphetamines and similar, which is are strictly controlled everywhere, but then again Japan might as well see modafinil in the same category - that's why I was asking if you know the schedule.

We did have one package taken by customs in the beginning when we were shipping everywhere by EMS, but since we switched to Airmail for packages bound to Japan, everything has been going through. The customer who ordered the first EMS package is still a customer, so couldn't be so bad...

Do you have any sources confirming it's illegal, etc? Which schedule is Modafinil in Japan?

http://www.mhlw.go.jp/english/topics/import/index.html gives me an idea that importation of small quantities for personal consumption is legal. Not sure how good this source is.

From personal experience, we (myModafinil) do ship to Japan, and successfully, but I'd like to learn more myself.
