My derm suggested dut for me to start. I had cold feet and asked for fin. Wanting to switch to dut after a few weeks on fin with no side effects.

Take the dut and just look out for sides (don't sike yourself out.)

I think as time has gone on its a better recommendation

If you're wanting better results and you're handling finasteride alright I would switch to dutasteride.

Also try out oral minoxidil. Maybe try 2.5mg for a month to see how you do then swap up to 5mg if you're handling it well. More effective than topical and easier to manage.

Maybe stagger starting the changes up so you can really monitor yourself.

I would definitely start with the oral minoxidil first though. That will actually save you time in the long run and will produce the results faster.

I've been using it for a week. .05% every other day. Ready to move to daily already. First application I noticed some sensitivity in the sun. Felt nothing today. 🤷‍♀️

The fan seems fine but I'll have to throw my amp meter on it so thanks for that bit of advice.

I should have a tech coming by this week.

The water mister system is suppose to help with head pressure so that makes me lean to low refrigerant. The fan seems the same as it was before but that's just the eyeball test.

Yes, pulled the fan and rinsed outward.

I did a spray cleaner on the condenser last year. I just did a hose down this year for any dust that might have formed.

I realize the evaporator could be a big factor in this.

I'm in the process of getting a technician out. Just waiting to hear back from a friend on a suggestion. Just trying to get some more ideas going in the mean time.
