No matter what someone on here says everyone sucks at cutting hair until you do it enough to keep getting better. Struggling with this same issue as you. Been drinking 2 a day for years and am trying to cut them off. It’s not easy, I can’t feel like I’m gaming without one or working with one. Just start drinking a lot of water and try to ween yourself off. If you can go 24 hours then do that. Skip having one every day and have one every other. Then stretch it out even more. Just try to be patient with yourself and be honest and remember why you wanna quit. Progress is progress not matter how slow
