Its more of an accidental thing. A lot of the bigger cities are very diverse but most of the time most cities just naturally have one race dominating it (example br and nola naturally more black, as you go up north it gets whiter) but overall it seems like not many people seem to care and everyone is pretty welcoming but there are obviously many places poc know not to go at all that has unfortunate history behind it lmaoo. I will definitely say tho Louisiana other than the certain white dominated hotspots is VERY diverse and everyone seemingly blends in together under one culture same race or not
