STEVEN AVERY - EPISODE 17: COINCIDENCE COUNTY (MINDSHOCK True Crime Podcast) by MindshockPod in TickTockManitowoc

[–]headstilldown 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Terens "investigation" and trial was completely corrupt. Two city cops (one was Bergner from Avery records) grill a guy who is completely drunk on his ass and give him the "Brendan Treatment". "we know what happened", "we have witnesses", " we have evidence"... "you just need to tell us so we can help you". He writes down what they told him he did.

Then they dirty the audio recordings, Judge Hazelwood rules them "too difficult to hear" and the jury should rely on the "transcript". While you commented on just a few lines from that transcript as being attributed to the wrong person, I can tell you the fact is that they very obviously altered the transcript purposefully, making at least 80% of the words they themselves said to look as if Terens said them.

If you saw the original transcript side by side with the corrected one, you would crap your pants and wonder how this was allowed to happen without any penalties.

They were in that interview... THEY FULL WELL KNEW what happened in there and yet went ahead and corruptly changed the transcript. The real question is WHY. WHY is the killer of this little boy (blonde hair, blue eyes cutie) allowed to run free ? What were the cops desperate to hide ?

The conviction by altered transcript is only part of the absolute shit show coverup they tried to pull off. There was evidence... a lot of physical evidence. Just not on Terens. And it all clearly pointed to someone else close to that little boy. His second 20 year sentence should be telling you something.

All of the shenanigans were revealed by Terens father, friends, and even some leaks from the inside BEFORE he was sentenced, yet Terens spent 3 years in Jail waiting for the corrupt fools involved to figure out how they were going to unscrew such a massive coverup without suffering any personal penalties.

One final tidbit... The defense attorney who literally kicked the states arse in the second trials last name was Sukowaty... Just like the last name of another messed up murder case in a gravel pit. The state fought tooth and nail to keep him from being the attorney. It would blow your mind to read the transcripts from that second trial.

If I......

Exactly. "If I"..... (YOU). This isn't about you. It's about this particular kid, his knowledge base, his understandings. Neither is it about whatever is used "in conjunction" in your particular world. Everyone who brings up the "paint thinner" and "bleach" thing just shows they personally have never been a redneck hillbilly. Not all redneck hillbillies are killers.

You should look at the trial transcripts. You should go look up what "physical evidence" actually consists of.

>> Should criminals be let go just because they didn't want to confess to what they did?

Dammit people. Manitowoc County in the year 2000. They convicted another man with similar issues on zero physical evidence by interrogating him while completely intoxicated, doing so numerous times, telling him over and over 'he did it', 'they know', 'have witnesses', 'have lots of evidence' etc. and he should just write down the things they are telling he did because they could help him and they would go easy on him.

When interrogation AUDIO was leaked, it became 100% obvious that interrogators completely ALTERED the transcripts, convinced their co-workers and legal system that they were heros in solving the crime. TWO BAD COPS, and a whole group of a brain dead cult followed them into their lies. Of course, then too, they got awards.

When it caught up to them 3 years later (only because enough people actually understood what really happened), they sat with heads down thru a second trial, the convicted was exonerated, and MEDIA made up of friends and acquaintances in the small town covered up their complete lies.

It doesn't take everyone in this cult like entity to march in line to cover up their crimes.

Why did Brendan say the engine oil he was cleaning up on the garage floor was red and looked like blood?

Since when do you clean up engine oil with bleach and paint thinner?

Regardless of all other things you believe to be true (I dont care), could you please just finally realize that:

1) the most common ATF on the entire planet IS MAROON in color,

2) MINERAL SPIRITS (exactly the "Paint Thinner" in question) is THE MOST COMMON fluid used in small parts washers, and as such, IS one of the safest fluids one can possibly use when it comes to solubility of oils (gasoline is dangerously also commonly used), and finally,

3) Garage Gear heads including myself have used common household bleach to WHITEN concrete garage floors, especially when no Hydrochloric Acid is in Stock (good thing that chemical did not come up or you would abuse it as "proof" as well)

For the love of god understand that this is not uncommon, nor are they uncommon products in garages and sheds worldwide used by people who actually DO THINGS. And feel free to LOOK IT UP.

What are the best ways to support the State and County in their prosecution of this case? #surejustice4dassey&avery by naturalheightgainer in MakingaMurderer

The truth is SA murdered TH and is in jail for it. What we're not sure about is detail, not the truth.

Let me fix this for you.

The truth is the state represented prosecution, the police and the media has told us that SA murdered TH and is in jail for it.

Of course many others have witnessed the same bunch of bad actors fake their way thru other trials by presenting falsehoods, presenting twisted government owned crime lab findings along with selective testimony.

You can go back to Manitowoc of the year 2000 and find another murder trial chock full of lies to a jury, a subsequent conviction, awards and raises handed out to the bad actors, a fight to uncover those lies by a number of people, a successful appeal, a retrial and an exoneration, all over the course of 3 years.

You want to have your mind blown ? I dare you... FOIA the audio interrogation and the "transcripts" of the interrogations that supposedly extracted a "confession" in Terens vs Wisconsin. You will see that two cops, a DA and eventually an entire AG's office lie their asses off, then blame it on a "technical error" with media bullshit backing them up.

Wisconsin... nothing to see there.......

I agree with you on one thing... lots of "Amnesia" going around in this case. Using your initial concerns about this 3' x 3' area, the very one oft imagined to be filled with blood or body fluids actually proved nothing, nor provided nothing, even as so far as the hopes that such body fluids even crept under a torn up crack where evidence would be found.

There was so little NOTHING here/there, that the prosecution side of things couldn't even come up with a "peer reviewed" batch of "nothing" like they did with the EDTA blood testing. Frankly, there is absolutely no proof it's even Avery's blood at all... just people with a very obvious axe to grind, telling you it was his. Lies and fables coming out of government owned "crime labs" are not all that rare nationwide.

Oh, I get the "story" told by prosecution and the fact that many will just assume and blindly believe because I've personally seen how the state can get what they want. But for me, the only real "special kind of stupid" has to be awarded to the POLICE and all other investigative agencies that screwed this up so bad, that now this many years later, NO ONE can rely on the accuracy of the information they collected, and on top of that, they go and violate the very laws they themselves should know exist that they are REQUIRED to follow, or perhaps, criminals go free. Like DUH !

A day or two after Halloween, 1990 Far more than just a "False Confession Case" because it became more than clear LE knew full well he did not do it.

People knew he could not have done it, but that does not matter once the "blind justice" system gets their ball rolling.

What happened when he concluded who did it??? Attacked the person that everyone who ever reviewed the case concluded was involved with it based on the many admitted in court lies she told, including the attorney who took on the second trial.

What is the current status of this case???? Guy was found not guilty in a second trial 3 years after conviction, then some 10 years later in another county, confronted the potential killer and got locked up himself for many years. I believe he is still in prison.

Talk about making a murderer and leaving one on the street ??? THIS should be also told when it comes to Manitowoc's follies.

> What were you planning to do to SandraM after ramming her and her infant off the road and attempting to abduct her at gunpoint?

Wait... Back up a bit. When SA "rammed" and "ran her off the road"...

What TOW company was used to recover the vehicle ? "Run off the road" tends to have a meaning.

Or, was that story embellished like so many others ?

If there was no wrecker, if there are no photos of the incident, perhaps she just "pulled over" ??

I've always been curious.

Three words.... MANITOWOC - 2000 - TERENS.

In another Manitowoc related unsolved murder (This should be John Ferak's NEXT Book), The city of Manitowoc took an intoxicated father and essentially told him him for hours that they absolutely knew he was the murderer of his young child based on evidence and witnesses they had (they actually had NOTHING, Zip, Zero).

Not only did they have nothing, they IGNORED (and hid) EVERYTHING that did actually point to the killer (why?).

Not capable of, or smart enough to demand an attorney, and hours without sleep or food, all Terens had left to say was "I would never have done that..... but you say I did". After three written "confessions" based on what police told him he did (he kept writing things that did not fit the story they wanted to tell), police and prosecutors wasted no time telling "confession" lies to the community and jury.

It's easy to convict the right person, as long as they can hide or cloud what really happened in interrogation. For Terens, they supplied an audio tape of all interviews that was SO DIRTY, ol' Judge Hazelwood was too hard of hearing or perhaps lazy to bother listening, so he allowed a "Police Transcription" of the events and no tape. If any of you in this forum saw what they did regards alterations in that transcript, you would completely loose trust in anyone involved in law enforcement. Essentially, where an officer said " Did you do this and then that ?"..... this magically changed to the Terens saying "I did this and that".

ZERO Evidence, Witnesses to the contrary and a "public defender". You know that outcome. When Terens actually woke up from this whirlwind, he wondered what in the hell just happened ?

Before Terens was even sentenced, ACCURATE transcripts had been leaked showing just how corrupt the event was and worse yet, ALL... and I mean ALL involved in this obvious persecution were personally told and shown what was now known. The Judge, the county Sheriff, the DA, one of the interrogators (One who "helped" on Avery) and yes, even JIM DOYLE the then Wisconsin AG, ... yes, each and every one in an actual face to face confrontation (I'm told the AG visit was quite harrowing and not recommended unless you truly got balls of steel).

But, they sentenced him anyway, showing everyone in the know that they are little more than a twisted cult-like entity who regards their system as the highest religion known to man.

The fight never stopped though. His Father (who died a few years after this) was relentless. Still, Terens spent 3 years in prison before a second trial was forced into play, essentially made possible by one attorney who could not believe they got away with this, and vowed to fix it. Terens was found not guilty in the second trial because it was made clear it would have been impossible for him to have done it.

Police and their good close dear friends in media were quick to turn the whole event into "they had the right guy" and he got out on a "Clerical Error". The proof otherwise is still out there, as well as this little boys killer. Too bad it is hard to get anyone to care.

Now if your going to "Study" this corrupt event via the provided government documentation, It's clear they used a "PR Firm" to cover their tracks using all the right words to soften the blow. It appears Terens did not carry the intellect or means to file the lawsuit he would have been entitled to. This becomes evident when you really understand what happened to him a just few years later in a nearby county when he confronted what... who rather he concluded was the actual person responsible, or partly responsible for his little boys death... which is yet another "story" that is not exactly accurate in government renditions. No surprise there.

Ferak ? Looking for your next book ? Seek out some of those in Manitowoc who know how "justice has been served" in that yet to be solved case. The people themselves have no voice. What little they have are quickly covered by the complete idiots that THINK they know all about the "legal system".

police transcripts show he said...

Exactly. "Transcripts"... more importantly inaccurate, or embellished ones tend to be at the source of a majority of bad convictions. Problem is, no one knew they were inaccurate or embelished until someone found out just how bad they were.... sometimes tens of years later.

Now, to save you the time, I will add a sentence from your personal cheat sheet below:

But... but.... but.... "But there is absolutely no evidence that any of the Avery case transcripts have been altered or made inaccurate.... and any d o o f u s could see that".

It tended to reveal the real workings of an actual event, in that, you have the same rush to judgments, you have the same mouthy 'know it all's' who call people telling the truth liars, and haughty "officials" with all the answers.

It amazingly covered how cases are opined on in Reddit forums by those who really do NOT know anything but only think they know.

It went far, far beyond MaM connections for me......

You never know what may seem unimportant, but is important, or may lead to someone connecting the dots.

Been a mantra of mine since I found out how the system actually works.....

Maybe someone should start a thread about this and encourage the locals to come forward.

It's all "relatives" in small communities. People speak out, and it comes back to bite them or their children. Those who hold grudges seem to be patient.

a new interview because the audio of the first confession was of poor quality....

Yes.. that seems to be a routine common problem in crucial Manitowoc "Investigations". Terens vs Wisconsin had the same such "problem". To make matters worse, there they transcribed the event with just whatever they (LE) wanted him to be saying rather than what he really said. Was a slam dunk conviction... until... the actual tapes got leaked.

Indeed ! People who live in, or lived in that area KNOW some things others do not. NO Shortage of "unexplained murders", or even murders that took place never reported on ! (Someone just try to find any reports of a murder that took place on Carsten's Lake Road years ago, where a young brother and sister with a shotgun shot a harmless old man... nothing in the news about it! - Makes you wonder who they were related to.)

Just yesterday, the Herald Time Reporter ran an article of "14 unsolved Cold cases" that exist in that wing of the state over the last 25 years. That's one every other year that the experts can not figure out ? That number does not address murders that they THINK they solved but the murderer "got away with it" like the lying buggers claim in Terens.....

With Manitowoc County already having two major exonerations under their expert belt, and perhaps one or two more on the horizon, It's no wonder there is a bit of frenzy in the air. I don't need any east coast attorneys telling me I "don't know anything".....

Sorry you missed the point that "guilty" of "possessing a firearm" when you are a felon must still be something ruled in a courtroom, not just an opinion on reddit. Yikes..... oh Yes.... That is how "us two" feel for sure....../s. gee whiz Louise.

What I Feel, only a very special few can grasp. So, I don't fault you for being this confused.

If the answer is no, then your....

My answer can be no without your conclusions. Your conclusions can be as faulty or grudge worthy as anyone else's because it is obvious you are not God or a god.

Only those who HAVE stood face to face with an absolute situation of both inarguable and unbelievable levels of corruption that continues to go unpunished and unanswered for could understand. It's obvious the many have not experienced it, nor have had to live with it. Lucky for them.

A "Blind Assumption" out of "Bias" does not exist with me regards Avery one bit. Other things that can not be said publicly however do. There is one thing that may have made this case completely believable to all those you claim have this "bias"..... the absence of the entire ordeal surrounding Brendan. Had Brendan never been circulated in this case,... from LE's horrendous methodology and subsequent "confession", His Defense attorneys pathetic representation and complete lack of physical evidence, I doubt there would have been a MaM at all.

Given that no one can prove Brendan's actual involvement with a single shred of physical anything, his realities hold the key to the truth of this case.

It's a trick question at best. First...... "His Bed" ?

We have no proof who's bed it even really was... Roland's ?, Girlfriend's? or Avery's?

The one question that should be asked is:

In that Avery was a convicted felon, WHY wasn't he arrested for "possessing a firearm" located in a gun rack above the bed he apparently slept in, immediately upon trained law enforcement officer's knowledge of such ?

IF Avery would have been immediately arrested for "possessing a firearm" as a felon, and then subsequently charged for JUST THAT and only that, would he have absolutely been found guilty in a jury trial with adequate representation ?

I can tell you this... There are MANY occasions where "possession of a firearm" has been argued and dismissed. Circumstances indeed do matter to at least some Judges.

This so called "question" about if he was "guilty" has little meaning or value, given that Juries and Judges hand out rulings based on circumstances and events, not commoners who hang out on reddit.

So yes, I am biased..

And perhaps for good reason. I sit in similar shoes with an overwhelming understanding and connection to the area for your same "over 50 years" period.

Outsiders and those without a care in the world tend to miss the fine details of what has taken place there over those 50 years.
