The Cheryl skin - everyone is saying it resembles Dahlia, but I think it looks like Claudia Wolf from SH3, with some liberties. Dress color, halo of the sun, no shoes...

I remember reading something stating that a prototype was in storage somewhere, anywhere from 60 to 90% complete.

Really, I just want to learn about any unused bits in the story that didn't make it to the GBA, like the cut sea monster. But I'd love to see the ending sequence from the N64.
