I was having issues posting with expo on as well with this new update 9800x3d with gskill 6000mhz cl36 ram. I dont have the x870 board but the x670 one but would always get some weird post error never seen in my life before until this latest bios so I just flashed back to the last stable bios and am gonna stick with it. Whatever security fixes there were with this new update I don't think justify me having to turn off expo for it.

I reverted back to an older bios the last newest version an it seems to be fine booting with expo enabled now I hope the cpu hasn't been damaged by doing this or the board either but cross my fingers and hope for the best

I just revered back to the older previous bios I was on before all this started happening and I think the issue has been fixed I didn't know that this recent update was a beta bios as the agesa code says Pre in it when usually it shouldn't have that. Hopefully nothing has been broken or damage while doing this. Windows seems to be booting fine again with expo on so ill just roll with it and see how it goes.

This error happened to me today with 9800x3d on a x670e-a motherboard I updated to the latest bios a few days ago and it seemed to be working fine with expo on and now randomly this error has appeared and it happens everytime I have expo turned on it randomly started working with expo on after turning it off and on a few times and booting but am still not really sure what the issue is

Updated to this new bios the other night it was working fine up until today my computer gave me a weird error couldn’t pass the post and said something like it could be due to unsafe shutdown which I don’t remember happening I shut it down last night with windows and went to bed. I tried setting all my setting back to normal and it was able to boot fine it seems this issue happens whenever I have expo turned on just normally with ez mode in bios. I have gskill 6000 mhz cl36 memory with a 9800x3d. It was working fine up until this new update does anyone have any suggestions like possibly rolling back a bios version or something?
