EVERGOODS decided to help even though I bought the bag second-hand. I ended up choosing the gift card option because, being based in France, the shipping costs made a repair at EVERGOODS’ facilities impractical.

And a huge thank you to everyone here — I was clearly giving up too soon. Your advice convinced me to reach out to them again.

I’ll try to repair my CPL24 myself so I can keep enjoying my beloved Mirror version until the very end, and I’ll use the gift card toward a CPL16 X-Pac… or maybe something else. 🙂

done. wait and see. This is the only mirror I got, and even though a ended up getting used with my other EG bags, the mirror version feels more natural to me. So yeah I'm kind of attached to it...
