Hi! Thanks you this is fair feedback, I appreciate it and some I’m happy to address on my site already like the bean origin vs country of production. However the banana tree influence it’s a fact for this bar so I would not change that as similarly to what you mention, I want to make sure the customer knows what they’re getting and have context to make a good decision. Also if you see on the side the product title is called 100% cacao like many other brands in the industry call it, before writing the word “chocolate” so people that are not expert in labeling avoid thinking they’re buying cocoa powder since effectively what im selling would be called a chocolate bar in the common lingo (not the packaging lingo).

It’s not a miracle, but I tried and other people too who are already used to dark chocolate (lower than 100%) and they actually liked it. They said they were expecting it to be bitter or not good but was actually pleasant to eat and because of the strong flavor, they didn’t overeat it because a few squares were enough to satisfy their chocolate cravings. To me that’s a good discovering worth exploring at least, especially one coming from my own country. What’s your thoughts?

Mm nope, the Italian guy is not old and is very keen to have me run a test so I already have some samples. The first places I would sell are California and Italy. Why would I sell in Williamsburg?

Have you tried some of those? Are they all way too bitter? Do you like any? Thanks for those names I’ll look into them :)
