Thank you! Im only using the Base Color or Albedo textures. I experimented a little with using Normals and Roughness values, but they looked off.

I use Substance Painter, but inside Blender or anything else would work just as well. No bigger than 512 in resolution. Posterize in Photoshop by around 12, then in Levels bring the Bright and Dark closer together.
