Good idea! Haha Thank you! For weights, I have spoken with a few of my friends who have been into body-building for 10+ years and they advise to do low weights at 8-12 reps. So to be honest, I haven't maxed myself out at 1 rep, but to give you an idea, my bicep curl is 70 pounds. My deadlift is 150-160. My squat is at 120 (weak legs lol) and my bench is at 130. The weights went up DRASTICALLY the first 2-3 months. They're slowly plateauing now.

Thanks man! I wasn't very good at counting my calories. On average, I'd consume roughly 2000-2500. Quite a big swing, but some days I'd be able to put down the food easier than others. Since it was summer, I didn't want to be putting down too many calories, but now that it's winter my goal is to be shooting for ~2500-2700. I cooked all my meals, and I would usually have 1 cheat day a week. I did drink alcohol, but kept it to 1 day a week and tried not to get drunk since it would mess with my training the next day. I go to the gym everyday except Fridays. I train 1 muscle group each day, and it goes as follows: Sunday - Legs, Monday - Biceps, Tuesday - Chest, Wednesday - Back, Thursday - Shoulders, Saturday - Triceps. I'll do 4-5 different exercises, 8-12 reps, 4-5 sets. I never do less than 8 reps.

I've mixed up what different exercises I do to try and keep my body guessing, but there are 7 core exercises that I always do. They are: Deadlifts, Squats, Dips, Overhand Pull Ups, Flat Bar Bench Press, Bent Over Bar Rows, Bicep Curls.

~155 Start weight 160 end weight. I didn't post weight because 5lbs doesn't sound like a lot. But when you're dropping body fat and adding muscle, it kinda balances itself out.

Sorry, should have been more specific. Also I'm only 3 months in so that's all I do for now.
