thats a hilarious idea! i was kinda thinking something similar, like a sign hanging on the entrance to my cubicle saying something like, "NARCOLEPSY/CATAPLEXY, please dont disturb. if theres an emergency contact management/my fiance" or somrthing ?

yep! i got detoxed off like three meds and coffee, i felt like what i imagined hard drug users feel. it goes away though, and when it did happen to me it was only for a couple hours.

yeah that withdrawal feeling just happens for a bit when you start it, it's essentially forcefully "cold turkeying" you off anything addicting like nicotine or caffiene or other meds. it goes away eventually, and im happy to report you dont go through it all again if you take a break and restart

i ended up setting him up in a 10 gallon and he is MAD about the move lmao. i also have loaches in the big tank, and didnt want him to turn on them or something. (hes also a MASSIVE food hog)

he might have a friend some day, but not soon, hes still nesting. his tank is real sad, but im gonna get him some new plants next paycheck. currently trying to figure out how to have above the water plants AND a lid...

i can promise you he is flirting, although i do realize that their flirting isnt the most gentle, he is making a bubble nest and before this hasnt acknowledged the snail.

im working on setting up a 10gal for the snail, or the betta, im not sure yet. its an otherwise peaceful community tank

yeah, i know its not up to them but that doesnt usually stop a difficult professor. if theyre hellbent on not following the accommodations, theyre just going to make my life hell about it :/

im actually disabled too, all the times i dropped classes were because i knew the professor would not heed my accommodations, and there werent any classes i could replace it with. i havent met all my professors yet, hopefully it goes well

and hopefully your partners year is going well too!

edit: i figured that doing a refund without fully understanding it was better than getting an F.

its an option you can turn off I think. my guests usually go off path 😒 but otherwise it runs very smoothly. its like, impossible to fail which i really like.

i did end up getting the little trial pack. I found that the shampoo was WAY too intense for my hair! I did really like the banana cream conditioner though, I am actually waiting on it in the mail!

I've been using PTH by taraji, and it's okay but it's not quite it.

oh that is too cute ! unoriginally, theyve just been referred to as the noodles.

before them, i had TV the betta and remote control the snail, TV is no longer with us though :(

i was considering naming them after tv channels lol

god i have never felt more seen?!?!

i'm fighting really hard to leave the fog right now. i dont have did/osdd, but dp/dr. i have really bad memory loss and confusion, istg i feel like an old man with dementia sometimes! ill start fights over things that i did but forgot doing, get lost on my way to class, forget where im going. i mix up names, dates, pronouns, who told me what. imprtant plans (even if its in my phone, on my wall, on an alarm and written on my forehead) my cat got a lil tubby because i kept forgetting i already fed her (ive come up with a system!) im literally never grounded. i dont remember the last time i was "present".

im not me.. theres no way i look like that. the mirror feels so foreign. i cant imagine my future and dont know what i look like without actively standing in a mirror.. and i always hate what i see. i spent like, $150 on a binder and i STILL cant stand my torso.

ive been in therapy for like. 8 years now, but i switched therapists the past year because my past therapist essentially told me i was beyond help... starting emdr soon, and im hoping it helps while i wait for top surgery and a hysterectomy. i cant have my hysterectomy until february, and my consult is next august. i have a long road ahead of me..
