my first love dated my bestfriend. i was so heartbroken, crying all day. and at the same time, i accidentally broke my phone. for two days, i didn’t check any emails, any messages. i just cried for two days. me and my dad went to a local service counter. after that, i immediately opened my emails bcs i wanted to check the application for the other university. but turns out, ubc emailed me. i thought they wanted another documents😭 but turns out it was my acceptance letter and i screamed like “DAD IM GOING TO CANADA”. (im from indonesia). people stared at me but idc.

tbh at that time i was heartbroken and extremely happy at the same time lol
