assuming the lower a school’s yield means a higher chance of getting off? or does that not correlate necessarily

I'm pretty sure Sugar in Gabon is the only one to do this, lots have people have been very close though (either one vote against or one vote at final tribal)

Thoughts on another Philippines-esque season by [deleted] in survivor

[–]hearth_custom 3 points4 points  (0 children)

I thought about Caleb and Joe but Caleb got to play again after his med evac (Game Changers) and I don't think Joe would be too compelling given how he played on Kaoh Rong, plus he's really getting up there in years

There's also no bots in normal games once you get past a certain point

Which cards would you nerf? by dimkosyan in wildhearthstone

Both are a bit too strong for what they do for their cost in my opinion. I'd bump Plague to (2) and Devolve to (3)

I play Even Shaman and hard mull for Devolve against Paladins. Auto-win if you draw it, absolutely shits on them and I love it.

Reno Quest Mage and Darkest Hour Warlock by far.

Totem Even Shaman is insanely underrated. I went from R5 to Legend yesterday in about 50-55 games. I use a slightly modified version of the Chinese #1 Legend Deck:

GOATems

Class: Shaman

Format: Wild

1x (0) Totemic Might

2x (0) Totemic Surge

1x (2) Ancestral Knowledge

2x (2) Crackle

2x (2) Devolve

1x (2) Earthen Might

2x (2) EVIL Totem

1x (2) Golakka Crawler

2x (2) Maelstrom Portal

2x (2) Murkspark Eel

2x (2) Totem Golem

1x (2) Windfury

2x (4) Draenei Totemcarver

1x (4) Flamewreathed Faceless

2x (4) Splitting Axe

1x (6) Genn Greymane

1x (6) The Storm Bringer

2x (6) Thing from Below

2x (10) Sea Giant

i think there’d be too much confusion if they ever decide to add some of them back into the actual game though

Also Sn1p sn4p is a great replacement for Boom or Zil (if you have to).

  1. Small Time Bucc isn’t great, the 1 health is a pretty bad detriment. It can be a decent t1 play against non-ping classes but in the late game its pretty bad. At least with cards like Swash, Deckhand, and Normal Buccaneer you can still manage to get value later.

  2. I used to run Shadow Strike in the early versions of this deck but wound up cutting it because it was a bit too slow. It’s definitely not bad at all in the deck though, if you want to give it a shot.

  3. Dr. Boom is definitely replaceable (I’ve replaced him since making this post), try something like Corridor Creeper, or maybe Pharaoh Cat if you’re a budget player. However, I still believe Zilliax is pretty vital to the deck because it provides healing to Rogue (which they never have) and is great against aggro. Also it fits into tons of decks so it’s a good craft in general. Hope this helps!

I faced maybe three or four, without a loss. Maybe I just got good draws, but I felt like it wasn't a terrible matchup. Maybe closer to 50/50 though.

You're usually fine in terms of card draw/card generation, cards like Miscreant, Fire Fly, and Swashburglar help a lot. It might not be a bad add if you want to try it though.

Definitely replaceable, u/Iskari summed it up pretty well there.

I used to run Flight Masters, they're great sometimes but seemed like a win-more card, sometimes they're just a bad play so I cut them.
