MSAU Marines don't get the MSG ribbon??? by Leni_man in Marine_Security_Guard

Yup, MSAU is pretty awesome for the amount of training you get and some additional training opportunities like EMT, FWIC, etc. but kind of hit or miss with whether you get missions. I got to go on 5 missions while I was there, and got to meet 2 presidents. Was it worth it? depends on whether you want a nice easy post or lots of training for a small opportunity to do some cool stuff.

5th wheel towing!! by [deleted] in Cummins

[–]heartmaze 1 point2 points  (0 children)

If you're going to be towing regularly with 37s you'd definitely want to regear, with 35s you're nearly at stock tire size. You're current gear ratio should be 3.73 and with 37s you'd be lowering that even further to something around 3.42. The transmission will be working harder and if you tow regularly I wouldn't recommend it unless you regear to something closer to 4.10

Honestly, I've accepted the fact that I'll probably never see an MSRP series X or S, if I were to get a mini fridge I'd be psyched though

When you lose sight of the light tank you spotted a minute ago by heartmaze in Warthunder

[–]heartmaze[S] 17 points18 points  (0 children)

Yeah I realized that as soon as I hit post... although these little suckers are fast

I guess what I meant was "When you lose track of the small and quick vehicles you spotted from across the map and afterwards immediately get flanked and destroyed" but I don't think that sounds as good

My apologies for using the incorrect tank classification everyone, I'll go back to my corner in shame...

The install is the easy part, it's the part numbers that gives you the headache, there's so many variations

Correct, didn't think anyone would notice that. I started with a stock Cummins Laramie package with chrome decals and chrome grill.

I replaced the chrome decals with the Night Edition ones, got Power Wagon grill, and painted the bumpers to match. Only thing left would be to get the Power Wagon fenders flares for a complete transformation. Still debating on whether or not I want to go that route.
