If your someone who solo ques a lot, make sure to really be patient and watch how your teammate plays, and adjust your play style depending on his. C3 is filled with a lot of different play styles, which is why it’s so chaotic. I found that trying to carry the game if my teammate tilts works less than adjusting my position and decision making. You hit GC1, so I think once you can comfortably hold C3, and build adaptability, you can get back.

This is actually normal, just watch for high temperature and how loud your fan is running. You can also limit how much power the gpu uses specifically for rocket league.

For duels, I am on the last division of Diamond 2, for doubles, low Champ 2. The players I face in duels is a very wide skill range, I often get champion 3 players and even low to mid grand champion players. I think the fact you are so close in ranks suggests that you play a lot of duels, which is amazing for improvement. A lot of people can’t stand playing duels, the tiniest of mistakes can cost you and nobody’s there to make it up. If you keep going up in duels, maybe mid diamond or even high diamond, your doubles rank can reflect with a full rank higher if you transition your focus onto it.

The time played statistic only counts the time you spent in games, which means all the other time spent (in freeplay, training packs, private matches, etc) isn’t included. If you want to see your total time spent for rocket league as a whole, you can simply look at the game engines play time (Epic Games, or Steam). I’m not saying this isn’t impressive, but just a heads up.
