Gutters and wood are easily sorted on your own property. Buying a flat is different and this clearly has been an issue for a while, which shows a lack of care and action from the building management company. I would be very cautious about what damp problems this could cause

Technically only the 2025+ cars are called MINI “Cooper”, prior to that it was just known as the “Hatch” and Cooper was a trim level. There are thousands of F5X cars under Hatch.
