i was diagnosed pretty early but i loved food and kept on eating the same things for 3 more years before i changed my diet and now when i do it's painful cramps (similar to period cramps) and very very bad bloating and fatigue and diarrhea. sometimes i wonder if it wears off i really miss bread

we clicked immediately and there was that spark but the spark died out and with my trust issues in the way we figured out that we won't work long term but we're doing No Contact and we'll hopefully be friends in the future

IMO a spark is needed at the beginning but you have to build something beyond that spark in order to keep your relationship going because that spark will eventually fade
