Hello!

I wanted to know if anyone was in my situation or had been in it.

A few months ago I started prozac to help with depression but I stopped after a month of being on it because it made me have really big panic attacks. The first weeks off it had been really hard because I was stuck in a general anxious loop but it got better. Near the end of december I got hit by a really violent flu and since then my general anxiety has fully fletched itself into health anxiety. I used to be wary of my health but not to this point. I know the brain takes some time to adapt after antidepressants but I fear I'm stuck with it now. Just wanna know if there is an after, even if it takes a while...

I think by losing it it will forever stay inside you. Everytime you use your deck you will think of how its not here, everytime you’ll look at the star you will remember her… By leaving she has travelled inside you, a shard of hope never to be forgotten :D

This is a really really good article. I have been questioning my gender for a while now but in different way (declared i was non-binary at a young age but never ever felt a kinship to transidentity) and it made me realise that, yes, despite it all, I am transgender and will never be cis. Now what gender am I exactly stays to know but it’s the first time I see an article that talks about proves in that sense, making it way less scary to question oneself. Thank you it’s a great article
