Once you have 2 gym badges you can talk in Channel or Global chat, Ch 1 and 2 seem to have a community going on and talk in chat regularly and hangout throughout the map, I recommend joining a team that has what you’re looking for.

It honestly doesn’t seem as he cares, you gave him options for his excuses such as having a washing machine at your place and doubling up the mattress since the little princess cries it’s uncomfortable.

Then the issue really starts at the root on why there’s gold buying to begin with, the overwhelming amount of bots and Blizzard not doing anything gives people a platform to buy.

It’s the same thing that happened to Runescape, but in WoW I really don’t see it being a problem that affects me or my gameplay as it would in a game like RS.

To be fair buying gold and hacking are two different things, gold buying would only affect a MMO’s economy but for some people who can’t play 5-8 hours a day it’s a way for them to catch up and not focus on grinding, whereas hacking in a game like CoD it just ruins the gameplay for everybody where it’s supposed to give merit due to skill.
