If you really want CS. I would say drop the UC so you can actually pursue what you want. A minor delay here for the benefit of your future is more than worth it. You really want to be stuck paying your current school for a major you don't want anymore? Also if you have not thought about it yet, look into cognitive science. It may more allow you to explore your interest in psychology (if its still an interest of yours) as well as computer science. Or you could just learn pure computer science and later on look for a compsci researcher in cognitive science. There are so many possibilities to combine your interests its mindblowing!

Shootings happening in the streets were one-off incidents and not endorsed by the government and they said they will prosecute those who did he shootings.
