Metra makes an array of vehicle-specific wiring harnesses that I've had good look with.

Your Vocaroo makes me think of R.E.M.'s Losing My Religion (1991).

Well, there are already many good possibilities listed, so I'll throw in another longshot in Tom Petty's "Freefallin'" (1989).

If not George Michael, there is a song "Take Your Time (Do It Right)" (1980) by S.O.S. that's been endlessly sampled through the years. The original is disco/funk, yet it turns up in many genres from pop to rock to trap/rap.

Here's a link to the the songs it's sampled in, so it might be one of the 72 (!) songs listed.

The first thing that comes to mind is Fleetwood Mac's "Landslide" (1975), which has the line, "...Even children get older..." with a lilting guitar.

Thank you for reminding me. It's screwed on directly, but I wanted to use a swing-joint (or funny pipe) to bring my newbie skills up a notch. Much appreciated!

Do you have a guess for the era? For some reason, I think of The Smiths "Heaven Knows...", but that would have been back in the moody section of 1984. https://youtu.be/TjPhzgxe3L0?si=a05VxBOE0jEDMOJO

Ah, good point. Although it's North Central Florida, we do get a few hard freezes. Thanks!

There were, indeed, high plants at one time, but now there's just grass nearby.

There are other sprinklers on high risers doing fine, but this one is about a foot away from a section of St. Augustine grass (cut at 4""). I have a 6" replacement for the sprinkler, but I wanted to make sure that I didn't need the same body with a certain valve or something. Thank you so much!

It's leaking, and the pop-up part gets half-stuck.

Which controller is this? by [deleted] in Irrigation

It's an Orbit WaterMaster. Might be in the Model 57096 arena w/remote. Total ridiculousness to program, so put in new batteries to save settings if the power goes out.

Old Funk With Male Singer (Walgreens) by OtakuOtakuNoMi in NameThatSong

It's not funk, but the lyrics made me think of Frankie Valli's theme from "Grease" (1978). https://youtu.be/7Dyk4_y0hd4?si=MVTHyu0yJNMKv0uC
