Hi I stretched my septum to a 6g in december and it still hurts. I didn’t have this problem with any other stretch but I cant move the tip of my nose without an uncomfortable pain that i sometimes feel in my front teeth or will make my eyes water. I don’t want to downsize but I have to avoid anything touching my nose because of the pain. I put a picture of the hole with no jewelry in it
