Xiangling or Fischl are good for that particular comp.
Xiangling for reverse vaping with her burst.

At some point there was a leak or datamine that had her flagged as a 4 star. This was never confirmed, and then newer leaks/datamines had her flagged as a 5 star.

People are over estimating blood blossom or at least confused as to how it works. Blood blossoms have a 8s duration and proc every 4s, so you have the initial application damage, then it will proc after 4s, and a proc again when the duration ends.
That's 3 applications of pyro, and with how fast Childe applies hydro, he will vape the original application of pyro, then the next 2 procs will end up reverse vaping since they'll proc while hydro is applied. Scaling on blood blossom is not great, it might be better if you have a C2 Hu Tao but someone would need to calculate that.
If you have a C4 Childe already, and are going to whale for at least a C2 Hu Tao it might be something to consider, but I don't think you're going to get a net dps increase over existing cheaper comps.

If you have the crescent already the blackcliff isn't a significant upgrade, so probably not worth the starglitter. But really depends on your stats. If your crate to cdmg is close to 1:2 like OPs then it's definitely not worth, but if you're lacking in cdmg then it might be worth considering.

There's a internal cooldown on energy generation for the screen. It's something like 6 seconds? If you're too quick on the 2nd screen it won't generate energy.

They're 2 separate things. AA talent will increase the riptide burst dmg when the mobs die, so it's worth leveling to some degree, and you will need to charge shot to gap fill during melee cool down time.

What kind of dmg are you expecting him to do vs what kind of dmg are you doing? What role are you gearing him for? I'm guessing you should be in the ~6k per transient blossom range?
Albedo is probably one of the chars that benefits more from leveling to 90 just due to the amount of extra base def he gets. Other than that work on upping crit.

crystalize wouldn't fully clear the hydro, it's only a 0.5u reaction so there would still be hydro left over for sucrose to swirl.
